Michelle Klocke
Miki Klocke was born in Ventura, CA in 1967. She started photographing at the age of fourteen and developed her talent into promotional images for Girl Scouts of America when she was seventeen. Miki graduated from the photography program at Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, CO. in 1989. Miki is a professional dog photographer and nature photographer, currently residing in Ojai, CA. In addition to photography, Miki is a woodcrafter, jewelry designer and fused glass artist. In addition to the many local collections of her work, Miki's art has been exhibited in galleries, at art festivals and her images sell from Alaska to Austria thanks to the worldwide web.
I love seeking new mediums and co-mingling them. My inspiration is nature; each piece I create is the history of my passions, the present of what I feel, and the future of what I hope for.
