Award-Winning Indian Slide Guitarist Dave Cipriani began studying Hindustani Music in 1998 with sitar maestro Jay Kishor and later blossomed under Hansa Veena master Pandit Barun Kumar Pal, as well as with Ustad Aashish Khan at the California Institute of the Arts, where he received his MFA in North Indian Music. Dave has performed concerts throughout California and the Mid-Atlantic regions, and has been featured in the award winning films Jaya and The Tiger Hunter.
